At NUBBIN™ SHOP, we want you to love your Nubbin Brain Chip™ 🧠✨ — but if something goes sideways, we’re here to make it right. This page lays out everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and what to do if your order doesn’t go as planned.

📦 Returns

We accept returns for unopened and unused Nubbin Brain Chips within 30 days of delivery.

📝 To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging 📦
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase 🧾
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product ⏳

❌ Not eligible for return:

  • Used, or damaged items
  • Orders returned after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards or downloadable content (if offered)

To start a return, contact us at Contact@nubbin.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

🚨 Please don’t send a return without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be processed.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded automatically — usually within 3–7 business days.

❌ Failed or Unsuccessful Orders

If your order was:

  • Never delivered
  • Returned to sender due to address issues
  • Lost in transit
  • Canceled due to inventory or technical errors

…you are entitled to a full refund 💸✅

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit 📬❓

Need to swap your Nubbin for another one? Reach out! We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis depending on stock availability.
